Lower Body Focus: This workout plan is designed to prioritize, strengthen and develop your lower body, and while also targeting your upper body. This plan includes:

  • 2 unique leg workouts 

  • 1 Back and bicep workout (Push)

  • 1 Shoulder, chest  & tricep (Pull)

  • 1 Bonus Workout focusing on core, flexibility or a HITT circuit 

Upper Body Focus: If you're looking to enhance your upper body strength and definition, this plan is for you. 

  • 3 Upper body workouts (Push, Pull, Bonus)

  • 1 lower body workout

  • 1 Bonus Workout focusing on core, flexibility or a HITT circuit
