  • Yes, we offer local residents a one day free trial pass to check out the gym. No reservations required, simply visit our front desk anytime and present your local ID.

  • WESTCA Gym is open Mon-Thur 5:00am-10pm, Fri 5:00am-8pm, & Weekends 7:00am-5:00pm

  • Personal training varies on whether you train privately, or in our semi-private class, how many times a week your train and length of commitment.
