WESTCA Nutrition & Accountability Coaching is an online program that provides personalized nutrition coaching and accountability to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.

A certified nutritionist will work with you to create a customized nutrition plan based on your unique needs, preferences, and goals. This plan will be designed to help you achieve optimal health, whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, or simply improve your overall well-being.
In addition to nutrition coaching, WESTCA offers accountability coaching to help individuals stay on track and committed to their goals. Your accountability coach will provide regular check-ins, goal setting, and support to keep you motivated and focused on achieving your goals.
The program takes a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on exercise, sleep, stress management, and nutrition to achieve long-term success. Members of the program have access to a supportive community of like-minded individuals who are also working towards their health and wellness goals.
One of the advantages of the WESTCA Nutrition & Accountability Coaching program is that it is done fully online. This means that you can participate in the program from anywhere in the world, as long as you have an internet connection.
The program's online format also allows for flexible scheduling, making it easy to fit into your busy lifestyle. You can schedule your coaching sessions at a time that works best for you, and you can access the program's resources and community at any time.

Without trying to sound dramatic, almost everyone. Whether you are trying to lose fat, lose weight, or gain muscle and strength, proper nutrition is crucial.

At WESTCA we follow a 3 Step Process with our nutrition clients:
Step 1: The program starts with a 1 hour ZOOM “Discovery” Call with your coach. On this call your coach will get to know yours goals, and your lifestyle you eating preferences and habits.
Step 2: Your coach will deliver a custom meal plan to your within 72 hours of your Discovery call. Each plan is unique to each client. This is not a one size fits all
Step 3 Transition to “Macro’s”: After several weeks to months most clients will have learn what and how to calculate their “Macro’s” so you can learn how to make substitutions to your meal plan to allow for more flexibility while still making progress towards your goals.

Our program includes 3 weekly check ins (Facetime/ Zoom, text and phone call check ins)
These check-in’s are designed to hold you accountable and make real time changes due to progress and life events.

Creating a lifestyle friendly approach is critical for long term success. You coach will continuously work with you to include meals out, cheat meals, and eating while traveling.

WESTCA’s Nutrition and accountability program is 100% virtual and you can continue your check in’s any where in the world. You will work with your coach to prepare what to do before, during and after your vacation to strike the perfect balance of enjoying your vacation while not falling off track on your progress.

Adam, formerly struggled with weight in his teenage years, but his older brother introduced him to the gym and healthier habits which lead him to pursue a degree in Nutrition from San Jose State.
Adam is extremely detail oriented and organized, which makes him the ideal candidate for accountability- a key component of our Nutrition and Accountability program.
