How it works?
01. Download:
Few days before the challenge officially start, you’ll be able to access comprehensive 4-week workout and flexible diet plan.
02. Learn:
Get familiar with the plan, watch videos of exercises and attend the Kick Off Event with the coaches. Get answers to all your questions during the Health and Fitness Panel
03. Begin:
Start the workout and diet regimen. Enjoy daily motivational video messages from coaches and participate in Mini Challenges to keep you on track.
04. Get support:
Get support along the way by weekly group check-in, unlimited emails with coaches, Facebook support group and office hours with the coach at WESTCA GYM.
05. Win
